Amelia Perri, RN, Psychotherapist – Clinic Director
Amelia Perri is a RN, Psychotherapist and the owner and founder of Therapy Heals Psychotherapy and Counselling Services. She developed Therapy Heals in 2007 to offer people compassionate, high quality counselling services that are respectful of each person as a unique individual with their own specific needs, preferences, strengths, and abilities.
Amelia’s work history includes a mix of supporting people in their healing, as well as, experience in high level leadership positions in health care. Her role at Therapy Heals in directing the Clinic, and in providing psychotherapy services to clients, allows her to combine her two passions.
In her role as Clinic Director, Amelia’s focus is on ensuring Therapy Heals provides high quality compassionate care and a feeling of comfort and safety for clients to engage in a vulnerable and healing process. She strives to be compassionate and non-judgemental in all aspects of her role at Therapy Heals, and she welcomes all enquiries for help and support. She sees it as a privilege to be able to offer these services to Therapy Heals Clients.
For fun, Amelia enjoys playing pickleball, hanging out with friends and family, and spending time in the sunshine!
Robyn Caruana – Manager, Client Services and Human Resources
Robyn brings an array of past employment experiences beginning her career in Corrections, moving into the Ministry of Education and then the Ministry of Health with a specialty in Children’s Mental Health. Most recently she has divided her time between her family business and volunteering in the community with the local Chamber of Commerce.
Robyn believes in being client-oriented and is a strategic-thinking, operations and client service professional with over 20 years of experience in building relationships and cultivating partnerships.
In this Management role, Robyn oversees the client services, marketing, and human resources functions of the organization. Robyn has an open door policy and strives for warm working relationships with clients, employees, and independent contractors alike.
Michelle McNellan, Client Services and Administrative Assistant
With a background in administrative support, Addictions and Mental Health, client services and counselling, Michelle provides part-time client services and administrative assistance at Therapy Heals.
Michelle is an advocate for inclusiveness and uses empathy and kindness to connect with clients and her peers. She is a strong supporter of therapeutic practices to achieve an overall healthier well being.
Michelle loves animals and enjoys sports and reading. She is passionate about music, walking with her dogs daily and spending time with family.
Jessica McEown Client Services and Administrative Assistant
Jessie is a part time Client Services and Administrative Assistant at Therapy Heals Inc. She has a background in administration and marketing and is also an artist.
She is passionate about healing, self care, and the mind body connection. She enjoys matching clients with a therapist and helping them along their therapeutic journey.
In her spare time, she loves to make art and music, do yoga, and stay active.
Cordell Perri, Accounting Assistant
Cordell provides part-time accounting support behind the scenes. He is also a Real Estate Agent and has a background in sales and customer service.
Cordell uses his professional and humorous attitude in contributing to our team.
Cordell is a firm believer in mental health services and their capacity to support healing for people. He is an advocate for personal growth and development.
