In addition to in-person counselling appointments, we offer sessions by phone or video.
We provide video sessions seamlessly from our Client Portal, which is linked to our calendar system, called OWL. This system does not rely on any third party integrations or connections, ensuring total privacy and security for all users.
In order to access your video sessions via our Client Portal, you will need to create an account. Please contact our office for the easy to follow instructions for setting up your account. Alternatively, if you click the “Book Appointment” link on our home page or contact us page, you can set up your own account.
Once your account is set up, simply login to be able to click “join” for access to your video session.
If at anytime you are having difficulty accessing your video session, please use the secure messaging feature to contact your therapist. Alternatively, you can contact the main office during regular business hours.
