Priyan is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from Queen’s University, and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

Priyan recognizes that therapy is a process that embraces the willingness to look beyond his lens and hold space for his clients’ narratives, as experts of their own story. Challenges and issues can be engaged within a container of safety created by compassionate, empathetic therapeutic relationships.

Priyan is a firm believer that healing happens in the presence of such a connection. That the work of healing happens through reconciliation and/or through a reparative, restorative, and corrective experience.

Priyan integrates a holistic approach that is trauma-informed and nonjudgmental to respond to a diverse range of situations. These include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, and loss. He utilizes Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems and The Gottman Method for Couples to support clients to make meaningful and practical changes in their lives.

Jennifer Nicole Lippa is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a Master of Counselling Psychology from Adler University in Vancouver, BC and completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at York University. 

Jennifer approaches counselling with a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive and strength-based approach. She acknowledges the resiliency and courage it takes to come to therapy. She believes it is important to recognize the creative, effective and resourceful strengths every person brings with them into counselling and she holds space to move toward change. 

Jennifer uses an emotion-focused therapy (EFT) perspective by understanding emotions as valuable pieces of information that can help guide and provide understanding in life’s situations. In her work, she also uses cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical-behaviour therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness and an attachment-based lens. 

Jennifer works with adults experiencing struggles with anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. She also has experience supporting those struggling with substance-use issues and has experience working within various recovery frameworks. Jennifer believes in taking a holistic approach because as humans, we are multi-faceted and our issues are too.

Agnes is a Registered Psychotherapist certified with the Canadian Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She has obtained a Ph.D. in Public Health and a Ph.D. in Bioethics.  She brings rich knowledge and skills having worked with patients and clients in a wide range of health care settings.  She has been dedicated to extending help to those in need in all sectors of health care, business and mediating conflicts and disputes among family and work associates.  As a psychotherapist she focuses on client-centered treatments, identifying everyone’s strengths, skills, passions and desires.  Creating a welcoming and supportive environment, Agnes encourages clients to pursue their interests through the process of establishing a solid therapeutic and collaborative relationship.

Agnes incorporates an integrative approach to counselling utilizing a combination of approaches including (but not limited to) psychodynamic, narrative, somatic and solution-focused theories.  Cognitive behaviour therapy techniques are often incorporated into the client-focused approach.   Agnes’ confidence-building perspective and attention to each client’s needs creates the warmth and security motivating clients to gain self-confidence as they gradually refocus on their life’s goals and their personal dreams. 

Agnes has substantial experience working with clients experiencing anger management concerns, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder, cultural and boundary disputes and domestic violence as well as couple counselling and those with relationship challenges   Agnes has worked with clients of all ages, starting as young as 9 years of age.

Sara is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Psychology from York University.

Sara approaches therapy with a client-centred, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive perspective. She values the courage it takes to seek support and strives to provide a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for clients to explore their challenges and strengths.

Sara has extensive experience in supporting children, adolescents, and adults with eating disorders, anxiety, ADHD, and concurrent mental health concerns. Drawing on evidence-based approaches, Sara integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). She is skilled in delivering an individualized approach to meet the unique needs of her clients.

Sara believes in the importance of forming authentic therapeutic relationships that honour each client’s unique story and goals. She would be honoured to support you in your journey toward healing and growth.

David Perez, Registered Psychotherapist (Q) MA (Counselling Psychology), B.Sc (Psychology)

David is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). He holds a Master of Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and completed a specialized honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

David approaches therapy from an eclectic approach, drawing from several theoretical orientations and approaches to best fit the needs of each client. David uses a trauma-informed lens to best support the needs of a wide variety of individuals. David recognizes the importance of a past and present approach, exploring the past and how it affects the present, and the importance of adaptations made by them throughout development. David believes that each client is the expert in their own lives, thus taking the role as a passenger and GPS, guiding when necessary, listening and being present always. 

David’s practice is foundational, based in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), which uses emotions as guides to understand our needs and values, helping to provide insight into one’s life. He is also practiced in strategies such as narrative therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), as well as internal family systems. These approaches are used to help support each client where they are with whatever struggle they are facing. 

David works with Teenagers and Adults facing a variety of struggles, such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and trauma, childhood trauma being a particular specialty. David has a lot of experience working with those who are neurodivergent, such as those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD. 

David’s goal is to validate and listen while working to support change at the client’s pace, meeting goals and working towards healing.

Frances Carullo is a Registered  Social Worker with the OCSWSSW (Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers) and OASW (Ontario Association of Social Workers). Frances holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree from York University and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Toronto.

Frances has been providing psychotherapy and counselling services for over 5 years and has received education and training in various therapy modalities such as cognitive behavioural therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioural therapy, enhanced cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, narrative therapy, brief solution focused therapy, family therapy, crisis intervention and cyber counselling. She  is committed to expanding her knowledge of various therapies through research and participation in training workshops.

Frances has provided psychotherapy and counselling services to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families for a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, sexual abuse, poor body image, eating disorders, addictions, low self-esteem, loss and grief and other mental health concerns.

Frances believes that each person is a unique individual with their own personality, thoughts, feelings, and experiences. In therapy, she views her client as the expert of their life. It is her responsibility to attentively listen to the client in a non-judgemental way and provide time and a safe space for them as they share their thoughts, perceptions, feelings and experiences with her. Frances believes that each person has strengths and the capacity to make changes in order to improve their overall well-being. By working collaboratively with the client, Frances assists the client in recognizing their strengths, gaining insights, enhancing existing skills and learning new skills that will allow the client to overcome challenges , resolve their own issues and heal.
