Cambridge Psychotherapists & Counsellors
Therapy & Counselling Services in Cambridge, Ontario
A Cambridge Therapy Team for Adults, Couples & Families
If you're looking for therapy near you in Cambridge, you've found the right place.
Our Cambridge clinic is part of Therapy Heals, a registered psychotherapy and counselling practice with six locations across Ontario and a team of therapists who each bring specific training, a genuine commitment to their work, and the kind of warmth that makes a real difference. Every therapist on our team is registered with the CRPO or OCSWSSW, which means they've met the education, supervised practice, and ethical standards required by their professional college. That's not a formality; it reflects a commitment to safe, ethical, and professional care.
We know that deciding to start therapy, or to try again after a bad experience, isn't always easy. You might not be sure if what you're carrying is 'bad enough.' You might be worried about opening something up and feeling overwhelmed by it. You may have tried therapy before and didn't feel like the therapist was the right fit. All of that is completely understandable, and it's something we think about when supporting every new client.
Below are some of the concerns our Cambridge therapists most commonly support. If you don't see what you're looking for, please don't let that stop you from reaching out. Our therapists work with a wide range of concerns, and we'll do our best to connect you with someone who's the right fit for your needs.

Anxiety, ADHD & Depression Therapy in Cambridge
Many people in the Cambridge area seek anxiety therapy, ADHD support, and depression counselling. Our therapists use a variety of evidence-based approaches, tailoring therapy to your unique needs, preferences, and goals so you receive care that's right for you.
- Anxiety can show up as constant worry, overthinking, panic, difficulty relaxing, or feeling overwhelmed by everyday life. Therapy can help you better understand your anxiety, develop practical coping strategies, and feel more in control.
- ADHD affects more than attention. It can influence organization, emotional regulation, relationships, motivation, and self-confidence. Whether you've recently been diagnosed or have struggled for years, therapy can help you build strategies that work with your strengths.
- Depression often develops gradually and doesn't always look the way people expect. It can show up as exhaustion, losing interest in the things you once enjoyed, irritability, or simply getting through each day.
Our therapists provide compassionate, evidence-based support to help you understand what's happening and find a path forward.
