  • Registered Social Worker, OCSWSSW #849292

Alexandra is a Registered Social Worker in Ontario. She holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work from York University, Toronto. She has over 10 years of practice supporting individuals through counselling, therapy, advocacy, and system navigation. Her clinical work includes supporting diverse populations experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, parenting and co-parenting concerns, separation and divorce, anger and stress management, low self-esteem, life transitions, and post-traumatic stress.

Alexandra offers a warm, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace and begin to make sense of what they are going through. She also has extensive experience supporting individuals impacted by trauma, including childhood adversity, unhealthy or harmful relationships, intimate partner violence, and sexual abuse or assault. Alexandra helps clients understand how these experiences can shape emotional responses, patterns, and relationships and works collaboratively with them toward greater stability, clarity, and self-understanding.

Her approach is collaborative and integrative, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Family Systems and Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, as well as trauma-informed and attachment-based perspectives. She has completed Level 1 and Level 2 training in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) and is currently working toward certification in EFIT. Alexandra brings a strong understanding of how personal challenges intersect with broader life circumstances and systems and aims to provide support that is both emotionally attuned and practical.
